Group is spearheaded by Mr Himanshu Arora, seasoned banker having more than 20 years of experience in various banks/NBFC like ICICI Bank, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd at senior positions, managing secured and unsecured business at National level, last assignment was with IIFL Home Finance Ltd as Business Head - Retail and Structured Finance, has also managed Customer Service, digital lending initiatives and Cross Sell for the company, he is management graduate from Delhi.

Sanjay Pathak

Chief Business Officer

Mr Sanjay Pathak, graduate in information technology, he is seasoned mortgage sales guy having more than 18 years of experience working with financial institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, IDBI and IIFL Home finance Ltd, Sanjay will help CDL to create strong distribution network.

Pradeep Verma

Chief Risk Officer

Mr Pradeep Verma, MBA, LLB, with more than two decades of experience in mortgage industry, has served at senior credit positions in ICICI Bank, Indiabulls housing finance and PNB housing finance. He brings with him expertise in Risk, Credit underwriting etc.

Nirpjit Singh

Business Head - Punjab

Nirpjit Singh, having more than three decades of experience in Telecom, Banks and NBFCs like Bharti Airtel , ICICI Bank, HDB Financial Services , IIFL Home Finance and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank at senior positions. In his last stint with Ujjiav Small finance Bank he was Regional Business Manager - North, managing Sales, Business Development and Collections. He is a commerce graduate from Punjab University Chandigarh.

Vishal Likhi

Head - Compliance & Operations

Vishal Likhi, having more than two decades of experience in various Banks and NBFCs like DCB Bank, HDFC Bank, IIFL Home Finance, Lendingkart at senior positions managing collections, fraud / operational risk and operations at national level. In his last stint with Cars24 he was managing Operational Risk. He is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University.
